Leah Schimberg-Office Manager/Closing Coordinator

Leah Schimberg provides the Outlaw Real Estate Group’s agents with customer service support, and market news, and contract to close coordination. She brings with her a total of 10 years of various real estate experiences, including real estate appraiser’s assistant, residential mortgage loan officer’s assistant, marketing support, and office management. A gradate of SAU Magnolia, with a degree in communications and a minor in psychology, concise communication and response to customer’s needs are of utmost importance to Leah’s role with Outlaw Real Estate Group. Leah and her husband, Josh, relocated to Austin in 2003 because of the diverse population and activities that Austin provides. They also enjoy showing Austin and the surrounding areas to their toddler son, Orion, and volunteering in the community.

Suzette Nelson-Client Care Coordinator

With over 7 years experience, Suzette has handled many aspects of the real estate industry.  From office management, escrow and contract coorindator, she can tackle a multitude of tasks within.  Suzette moved to Austin from the Silicon Valley in 2003 with her husband, Steve.  They have three children, Ethan, Sydney and Braeden…yes, middle, elementary and preschool!  When’s she’s not on the soccer fields or on play-dates, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going to the gym, reading, shopping and watching “chick-flicks”.  They chose Austin for its beautiful weather, outstanding schools and family atmosphere.  For this, a great spring and summer outing they enjoy is watching Austin’s very own minor league teams, the Austin Aztexs and Round Rock Express.
