Kevin Hutchison - Partner

Kevin Hutchison is Austin born and bred.  His Austin heritage spans five generations.  Born at St. David’s Medical Center, Kevin has spent the vast majority of his life here.  In 2000, Kevin was drawn to a career in Real Estate.  Initially, the idea of working alongside a variety of people to help them achieve “something big” seemed enticing.  The freedoms and monetary potential were attractive as well.  After spending time in the industry, Kevin realized there was such a wonderful opportunity to grow and nurture his relationships with clients/friends, colleagues and family by consistently and genuinely caring for and serving each one of them.  This “gradual epiphany” has become a defining moment in Kevin’s career.  To quote Kevin, “There’s really nothing quite like it.  Keeping up with people I care about, meeting new people and giving them genuine encouragement is actually a part of my job description!  I can’t think of anything more fulfilling.” By giving a level of service that exceeds his client’s expectations both during and after their Real Estate transaction is completed, Kevin has created a “fan base” of sorts.  From the beginning, he has continuously gained valuable experience and honed his skills as a Realtor.  His expertise and professional knowledge, along with the fact that he’s just plain fun to work with, have helped build a large following of satisfied clients and friends. 

Kevin’s wife Vicki has lived in Austin most of her life.   She recently obtained her MSW from the University of Texas and is currently employed with the Council on At Risk Youth.  Kevin and Vicki have one daughter, Harper, who was born in the spring of ’07 and are expecting their second child in the summer of ’09. 

Outside of work, Kevin enjoys spending time with his family, actively participating in his church, Bethany United Methodist, taking in the multiple outdoor activities the Texas Hill Country has to offer, and keeping up with Longhorn sports.  Kevin’s other hobbies include playing the guitar poorly and watching his friends laugh while he attempts to play basketball.
